ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Each item is handmade and personally packaged with care so it takes 1-2 business days to process orders.

Some orders can be shipped out as soon as the next business day, but please allow 3-5 business days for shipping.

We only ship to U.S. Territories. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. A tracking # will be provided when the order ships. You are responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping. Your package is shipped to the address provided. If a mistake is made please contact us immediately.

MomShxt is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. When packages are shipped from our facility it becomes the responsibility of USPS. You must contact your local post office to locate your package or submit a claim.

REFUNDS | RETURNS & EXCHANGES

No Refunds, all sales are final. Each item is made to order.

You can exchange your items due to sizing or item defects within 14 days of your order being fulfilled.

Items must be in their original condition

Clothing must be unwashed & unworn: free of makeup, perfume, pet hair or any wear & tear

You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping

If your exchanged item is deemed unfit, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to you nor will a new item be shipped to you.

If your exchange is approved, your new item or size will be shipped immediately.

PLEASE NOTE: Our product is made with love by The Unorthodox Mom, if you are receiving one of our handcrafted pieces, they may have small imperfections.
